Established in 2010, One Cavo brings significant industry experience to the field with a team of internet marketing strategy experts. From how to enhance the consumer’s experience by delivering a 10-minute rapid response with a “warm transfer” to understanding and tracking the conversion and incubation of leads, our team of professionals understands all aspects of lead response and fulfillment and how to provide it for real estate companies and brokerage firms.

One Cavo was founded by Brad Miller, a 23-year veteran of the real estate industry, and Tim Whitlock, who has 22 years of experience as an account and project manager, in order to provide the real estate industry with a revolutionary lead tracking system that improves companies’ return on investment.

Brad began his career with a local, independent residential brokerage firm in Champaign, Illinois, transitioned to becoming a broker and owner of Miller & Miller Realtors™, a family business with over 150 agents, and later became the Senior Vice President of National Sales at First American Residential Group (FATCO). Similarly, Tim has been responsible for planning, building, testing, implementing, and managing numerous programs for a wide array of clients, ranging from The Starbucks Corporation and Home Buyers Warranty Company to the Los Angeles County Library. With this real estate and brokerage backgrounds, both Brad and Tim bring an immense understanding of exactly what revolutionary products and services the real estate industry requires to excel.
