President & CEO
A 23-year veteran of the real estate industry, Brad began his career with a local independent residential brokerage firm in Champaign, Illinois. Brad later took on the challenge of becoming a broker/owner of 150+ agent family business, Miller & Miller Realtors™.
In 1999, Brad joined Homestore.com (HOMS) as a National Accounts Manager, focusing on the development of successful marketing strategies, as well as the implementation of some of the most innovative technologies and initiatives available to real estate agents. After becoming the highest revenue producing sales person, Brad left HomeStore.com in 2002 and assumed the position of Vice President, Strategic Sales for Fidelity National Information Solutions (FNIS). In this role, he was responsible for the management and implementation of the sales strategy for the company's transaction management platform, broker strategic and integrated CRM platforms.
In 2004 Brad joined First American Residential Group (FATCO) as Senior Vice President of National Sales. In this role he continued to introduce revolutionary products and services to the real trends Top 500 Brokers. Brad later joined Most Home Real Estate Services as Vice President, U.S. Sales in the fall of 2007 again targeting the Real Trends Top 500 Brokers in the nation.
In 2009 Brad created and launched One Cavo. He also currently holds the designations of Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), and the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Sam has been in the customer service outsourcing and fulfillment industry for over 20 years. As the CEO of several successful businesses, he believes that each client deserves to be treated with honesty and respect. Sam has been the president of LK Media Group, Easy Street Properties, and KMS Marketing. He is active with non-profit organizations and encourages his employees to make a difference in their communities as well.
Vice President of Operations
Monica has nearly 25 years extensive experience in developing great solutions for customers. Her experience includes customer service, account management, sales, regional inventory distribution, data management, project management, product management and operations. In her work over the past several years with InterRealty (now CoreLogic MarketLinx), Sophos (one of the top information security companies), Most Home and, now, One Cavo, Monica has focused on IT solutions to internal and external client challenges. Monica’s eclectic experience gives her the unique perspective to make operational decisions that benefit our customers and our company.
Contact Center and Client Services Manager
David has managed call center departments in Denver for over 15 years. He has extensive experience in both the sales arena as well as customer service areas. He has been called upon to consult for customer service areas for efficiency and training growth. David has managed for large accounts such as ADT Security and was president of 2000 Mortgage Inc. He currently also manages our program services area for Jostens as well as the large account of Home Buyers Warranty.

Rhianna has over a decade of experience in the customer service industry including sales, customer relations, and conflict resolution. Her role as client liason at One Cavo extends to include acting as personal assistant to the CEO, assisting with budgeting, and managing all data and accounts for all of the company’s clients.

Jose Perez, has been making a difference in the real estate industry for over 25 years. He began his career at Realolgy as Franchise Sales Director for CENTURY 21 and rose to the rank of Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales and Acquisitions for CENTURY 21, Coldwell Banker, and ERA.
