The LVM forms the core of the company’s unique proprietary position in the market. This model will take data provided from inbound leads and augment each lead with data from other data repositories. Proprietary business rules and scoring algorithms will be utilized to yield higher-level metrics that more accurately gauge the overall quality of the lead.

These metrics will focus on the "Ability to Buy" component of lead qualification. This scoring will be reflected in a Real Lead Score® (RLS) that will be provided with each qualified lead. The RLS will provide a unique qualitative and quantitative measure of the lead when distributed to associates.

The LVM will also utilize existing third party data sources as raw materials to the scoring process. This includes public records data, foreclosure data, lien history, real estate market trends and statistics, and demographics.

The RLS will be used to quantify the quality of the lead and thus the value of it when distributed to one of your agents. This allows the broker to implement business rules related to the distribution and management of these leads based on the RLS and allows the brokerage and its agents to focus their time and energy on the most valuable leads. The LVM is an optional service and will require additional implementation and fees.
