Warming up the cooler leads
Based on the customer's conversation with the Rapid Response Team, those who are not "ready, willing and able" to engage with a Realtor™ will be placed on a call back and/or email campaign. The Rapid Response Team can make an additional outbound call to the consumer, based on the consumer’s time frame, to determine if they want to move forward with a Realtor™ at that time. Additional calls can be placed 30, 60 or 90 days after the initial conversation with the consumer.
A selection of email campaigns tailored to the customer’s interests and needs (and your company’s preferences) are available to provide a constant lifeline to your customer, so that you are always on their radar. The email campaigns are creative and are designed to draw consumers back to your website to re-engage with you.
